NCSG Jewelry Sale at the Pullen Art Center
Pullen Art Center, 105 Pullen Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607
November 1 - December 15, 2006 (pieces must be submitted between Oct. 11-18, 2006)
Opening reception: Friday, November 3, 2006 from 6 - 8 pm.
Open to all current NCSG members. Entry fee: $15
If interested, contact Rebecca Neigher by August 31, 2006 by phone 919-490-8006 or email (ramnmetal@earthlink.net) with the number of items you intend to sell (up to 6 items). Please use the subject line "Pullen Arts Sale".
Requirements:
- Maximum of 6(six) jewelry items.
- All jewelry must be designed and made by the participating NCSG member within the past 2 years.
- 25% Commission will be charged by Pullen Arts Center.
- Sales tax will be collected and remitted by Pullen Arts Center.
- All jewelry items must be for sale and will be displayed for the entire duration of the show.
- The City of Raleigh to provide insurance against loss, theft.
- Proceeds from your sales will be disbursed by mail on a timely basis after the ending date of December 15, 2006.
All jewelry must be mailed to: NCSG, PO BOX 196, Pittsboro NC 27312 and received between October 11-18, 2006. Monnda Welch will be responsible for the collection, delivery and return of all jewelry. Any questions? Contact monnda@intrex.net and use "NCSG" in the subject line or by phone 919-224-3711. NCSG is not responsible for lost jewelry or inadequate postage.
Enclose the following:
- Your name and return mailing address and $15.oo entry fee made out to NCSG.
- Business cards, brochures, bios, etc. (10 will do).
- Inventory list: detailed list of all jewelry, date made, materials and techniques used, stones and names, if applicable.
- Price and tag your jewelry securely.
- Include a check made out to NCSG for the amount of return postage and insurance. All unsold jewelry will be returned. All sold jewelry will receive a refund paid return postage.
- There will be postcards printed. Each participant will get 20 to mail. Pullen Arts Center will send postcards to their large mailing list.
- Send either a disk with photos of the work or email them to Monnda.
